At shima sense care, your satisfaction is very important to us.

Please note that we **do not require customers to return products** in most cases.  
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a quality issue, you can contact us and we will offer you a **hassle-free solution**, such as:

- A **full or partial refund**, or  
- A **free reshipment** of a new product.

Because international return shipping is very expensive and slow, and items are often damaged or lost during the return process, we **do not accept physical returns** of products.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, we may kindly ask you to provide:

- Photos or videos clearly showing the problem with the product.
